The service
Chatcart is provided by DanixSoft. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Chatcart is in early access: features may change, and we may add or remove functionality as the product develops.
Your account
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be legally able to agree to these terms.
Your data
You own the business records and customer details you enter. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Chatcart to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold your customers’ information and for the messages you send them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Chatcart for illegal goods or activity, or to send spam.
- Do not try to access other stores’ data or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell or copy the service without our written permission.
Pricing
Chatcart is free during early access. We will announce paid plans before early access ends; nothing will be charged without your agreement.
No guarantees
We work to keep Chatcart available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Smart paste suggestions must be checked before saving. Totals and reports reflect what you entered. To the extent the law allows, DanixSoft is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Keep your own exports of important records.
Ending your use
You can stop using Chatcart at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
