What is Chatcart?

- 1.Chatcart is a web app for sellers who take orders over WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. It turns customer chats into orders, moves each order from new to delivered, and reconciles cash-on-delivery payouts from couriers.

- Sellers who run their shop from DMs: clothing and abaya boutiques, cosmetics resellers, home bakers, accessories and electronics sellers. Built for Pakistan’s cash-on-delivery couriers first.
- How it works
- Paste the customer’s message and check the order it becomes. Move it through Confirmed, Packed and Booked, print the slip, and when the courier pays out, tick the delivered orders that payout covers.

- Free while Chatcart is in early access. Pricing will be announced before early access ends.
- What it does not do yet
- It does not book couriers through their APIs or send WhatsApp messages automatically. You export a CSV for bulk booking, and messages open in your own WhatsApp for you to send.

We are early, so instead of quoting sellers we do not have yet, here is what the product commits to.

Your customers stay yours.
Names, phone numbers and addresses are visible only to your store. We never contact your customers and never sell or share their data.

Nothing is saved behind your back.
Smart paste only fills the form. Nothing becomes an order until you press Create order, and every status change can be undone.

Every figure on your dashboard comes from orders you entered. We do not publish success rates or seller counts we cannot show you.
Q.01What is Chatcart?+
Chatcart is a web app for sellers who take orders over WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. It keeps every order in one list, moves each one from new to delivered, and tracks the cash-on-delivery money your couriers owe you.
Q.02How does smart paste work?+
Copy a customer’s message, or a few messages from a WhatsApp chat, and paste it into a new order. Chatcart picks out the name, Pakistani mobile number, city, address and items, and matches items to your product list. You check every field before the order is saved.
Q.03How does cash on delivery reconciliation work?+
Delivered COD orders wait on the Cash page until you record the courier’s payout. Tick the orders the payout covers, enter the amount that arrived, and they are marked paid. The difference between what arrived and the orders’ total is shown, so deductions are easy to spot.
Q.04Does it book couriers automatically?+
Not yet. You can export selected orders as a CSV for your courier’s bulk-upload tool, print packing slips, and save tracking numbers on each order. Direct courier integrations are planned.
Q.05Does it send WhatsApp messages for me?+
Chatcart prepares the confirmation and dispatch messages and opens them in your own WhatsApp with one tap. You press send, so messages come from the number your customers already know.
Q.06Does it work on my phone?+
Yes. Chatcart is designed for phones first and can be added to your home screen like an app.
