The problem
Selling through chat is fast and personal, which is why so many small shops do it. But a chat is not an order book. Orders get buried under newer messages. Addresses are copied into courier portals by hand. Parcels go out cash on delivery, and weeks later nobody is sure which of them the courier has actually paid for.
Store builders and warehouse software solve a different problem, for a different size of business. Chatcart is deliberately small: the order book, the dispatch list and the cash ledger, in one place, designed for a phone.
